This hotel is perfectly located for ski lovers, just steps away from the gondola and ski slopes. The staff is friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are clean, quiet and spacious, with a lovely view of the surrounding hills. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The free shuttle service to nearby areas is an added bonus, making it easy to navigate the surroundings.

Right across the road from the slopes! Awesome! Clean, fast wifi, comfortable. Helpful staff (some speak English). Local buses stop near by (100 Yen to train station). Lots of choices for dinner after skiing :-)

Breakfast is on a cheap side (I'd rather have just a room without breakfast next time).

We were delighted with our recent stay at Naturwald. The customer service was outstanding and the breakfast selections were fantastic. The resort is very family-oriented, perfect for a winter getaway. The onsite ski gear rental facility made our skiing experience hassle-free. The small touches, like the onsite coin laundry and library, added convenience to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a memorable winter vacation.

Nothing special about the hotel except that it is a great location if you are on ski holiday as it is right in front of the ski elevator. Other than that, it's over priced.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right opposite the ski lifts, making it extremely convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering all the basic amenities one might need. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the wonderful chefs is a great start to the day.

No major issues, a few minor improvements could be made.

Great location for skiing, just a short walk to the lifts and the possibility of skiing back to the hotel. the facilities are nice, and the free juice and marshmallow toasting in the foyer was a nice touch. the room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom.

The Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss, and the washer/dryer did not get our clothes fully dry. the bathroom floor was not heated which made it a bit uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Furano and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the location just in front of the ski slopes. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, with special thanks to Gareth who made our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail was evident, with little complimentary extras that put smiles on our faces. The basic amenities were sufficient and the rooms, although simple in decor, offered a comfortable stay.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and we had no major complaints.

Excellent Location and Complimentary items

The hotel location is outstanding, with easy access to transport, and a ski lift right across the road from the hotel. The hotel also provides free shuttle buses to other areas of the ski resort. the hotel offers a variety of complimentary drinks and snacks that are available throughout the day.

The price for this hotel is not worth it. The hotel is very dated and in need of refurbishment.

We loved the hotel's prime location right next to the ski slopes, making it easy for us to hit the trails. The breakfast was great with a lot of options from both Japanese and Western cuisine, and the staff was very attentive and always with a smile. The hotel offered nice facilities, including free snacks and beer in the evening, and common spaces to relax.

The hotel provides great value for money, considering the comfortable rooms and the range of complimentary amenities they offer. Additionally, the hotel's location in front of the ski lift is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts.
